Henri Loterijman studied medicine in Amsterdam, where he sat for his medical finals on 26 November 1908. He lived and practised at 17 Vondelstraat in Amsterdam and had another surgery at 112 Jacob van Lennepstraat. He was an institutional physician with 'Hulp voor Onbehuisden' [help for the homeless].
Henri Loterijman was married to Carolina van Gelder.
