Roosje Fierlier was a daughter of Joseph Fierlier and Betje Vega. She married 7 April 1937 in Amsterdam to Bernard Schelvis, a son of Levie Schelvis and Marie Benjamins.
Roosje had two other siblings: Dientje and Nathan, who also have been killed during the Holocaust.
