Wilhelmina Jacoba Catz was married to David van Dantzig. The couple had 4 children: Ada Rosa van Dantzig, Paul Herman van Dantzig, Jenny Louise van Dantzig and a child that survived the war. Wilhelmina, David and Jenny all lived in the Israelite Orphanage Megaddelee Jetomiem.

During the war Wilhelmina Jacoba van Dantzig-Catz tried to flee to saver places. She was arrested in France. On 11 february 1943 she was deported from the transit camp Drancy to Auschwitz, together with her husband and three of her four children.
