Eva Braasem was the daughter of Mourits Braasem and Rebekka Bartha van Oss. She married in Middelburg on 26 October 1898 to Salomon Jesaijes, son of Jesaijes Jesaijes and Klara Davidson. Salomon Jesaijes however passed away before the war. In 1941 Eva lived at the same address of her sister Betje van Wittene-Braasem and her daughter Rebecca Bartha Vriesman-van Wittene.
