Aaron (Arie) Goudeketting was a son of Levie Goudeketting and Heintje Moffie. He married 20 November 1907 in Amsterdam to Judith Roeg, a daughter of Samuel Roeg and Elisabeth van Bever. The couple had three children: Alexander, who still lived with his parents, Levie and Samuel.
