Mozes Rodrigues Garcia was a son of Elias Rodrigues Garcia en Rachel Leeda. He married 27 January 1909 in Amsterdam Sara Ephraim, a daughter of Jacob Ephraim and Nanette Zomerplaag. The couple had four children: one baby died only 2 months old; one son survived the war but Simon and the here mentioned unmarried daughter Rachel have been killed during the Holocaust.
Mozes was born in a family with seven children: heself, Rachel, Hanna, Rika, Benjamin, Rebecca and Clara. They have been killed all during the Holocaust.
