The Police Commissioner of Zutphen requested that Theodora Josephia Windmuller, servant, be located, detained and brought to trial. She had been living at the Deventerweg 81 in Zutphen. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
A few weeks later, the Police Commissioner of Zutphen issued a second search notice.
