The name of Arnoldus Vet appears on a handwritten list of the individuals who held offices within the Dutch-Jewish Community in Haarlem during the early years of the war. Photos remain of all the staff members. Arnoldus Vet was chair of the Jewish Community in Zaandam and delegate to the Synagogue District North-Holland. He lived at 50 Retiefstraat, third floor, in Amsterdam.
