Salomon Cohen Rodrigues was a son of Mozes Cohen Rodrigues and Simcha Nunes Vaz. He married in Amsterdam on 2 November 1899 to Hanna Vaz Dias, from whom he divorced on 3 December 1926. They had 3 children together. Salomon remarried in Amsterdam on 29 December 1926 to Saartje Baruch who was previously married in 1913 to David Pach but from whom she was divorced in 1918. Saartje was a daughter of Isaak Baruch and Grietje Oostra.
