Truitje Davidson was a daughter of Jacob Davidson and Louise Bakker. She married 21 June 1898 in Zwolle to Israel Abraham Menko, a son of Abraham Nathan Menko and Mietje Leek.
Five siblings have been passed away already before the war. Her other siblings who also have not survived the Holocaust were Abraham, Bernard, Anna and Doortje.
