Eva Sternfeld was a daughter of Hendrik Sternfeld and Aaltje Rubens. She married in Gouda on 29 November 1916 to Hugo Andriesse, son of Hartog Napoleon Andriesse and Elisabeth Levison.
Eva's parents, Hendrik Sternfeld and Aaltje Rubens had six children, of whom one son died only a few months old. The other children Sternfeld were Sientje, who passed away in 1938 and who was married to Jacob Gosschalk, Jozeph (who has died already in 1906), Benjamin and Betje.
From the first marriage of Aaltje Rubens to Jozeph Levie Schenk, four children has been born of whom the first born son died only one month old. Her other halfbrothers and halfsister were Maurits Schenk, Levie Schenk and Jette Schenk.
