About Bertha Engers-Reindorp

Bertha Reindorp was a daughter of Benedictus Reindorp and Betje Frank. This was a family with seven children, among them Bertha herself, Susan Samson, Herman and Jetje. Those four did not surivive the Holocaust.
Bertha married in Amsterdam on 3 January 1895, aged 18, to the 19-year old Jacob van Praag, from whom she was divorced on 2 April 1896.
On 27 November 1902 Bertha married in Weesp the second time to Moses Reist from London, son of Joseph Reist and Henriette Franzman. On 8 August 1908 Moses passed away and Bertha married the 3rd time in Zaandam to Benjamin Engers, son of David Engers and Schoontje van Thijn.
