Jenny Louise van Dantzig was a daughter of Wilhelmina Catz and David van Dantzig, both of whom lived at the Israelite Orphanage Megaddelee Jetomiem.

During the war Jenny van Dantzig tried to flee to saver places. She was arrested in France. On 11 february 1943 she was deported with transport # 47 from the transit camp Drancy to Auschwitz. Her mother Wilhelmina van Dantzig-Catz, her father David Catz, her sister Ada and her brother Paul were deported with her.
