Judith Velleman was a daughter of Aaron Velleman and Jetje de Jong. She married in Antwerp on 10 November 1903 to Israel Gans, son of Philip Israel Gans and Rebecca Peeper. The couple had one daughter Rebecca.
On 7 May 1930 Judith and Israel divorced in Antwerp, and Judith moved in May 1940 to Vrolikstraat 243 III in Amsterdam, the address were her daughter with her husband and daughter Juliette lived.
