Louis Schuitevoerder was a son of Marcus Schuitevoerder and Saartje Wegloop. He married 28 February 1917 to Hanna Jacobs, a daughter of Lion Jacobs and Mietje Ossendrijver. The couple had three children: Celina, married to Aron Sanders and who lived with her family at another address; Marie, married to Michel Dotsch and Marcus.
His siblings, who also have been killed during the Holocaust were Hartog, Mina, Rebecca and Lea.
His brothers Salomon and Jacob have passed away before the war and his sister Marianne might have surivived the Holocaust.
