Salomon Hilversum and Naatje van der Sluis got married on 7 August 1942 in Westerbork transit camp. Salomon Hilversum, tailor, was a son of the merchant Barend Hilversum and Keetje Kloot. Naatje van der Sluis, cashier, was a daugther of the merchant Izak Simon van der Sluis and Vrouwkje Trijtel. Saartje van der Sluis, sister of the bride, was a witness at the wedding ceremony and she signed the marriage certificate.
