Esther Witteboon was the daughter of Meijer Witteboon and Judik Nebbig. She married in 1889 to Israël Witteboon, who died in 1939. She had six children. Two children, Gerrit and Salomon, died before the war. Three children, Judith, Vrouwtje and Emanuel, died in the war. One child died on a unknown date.
