Rebecca Polak was a daughter of Levie Polak and Grietje Slap. She was unmarried and resided in "Het Apeldoornse Bos" since July 1917.
Her other siblings, who also were killed during the Holocaust were Klaartje, Hijman, Abraham, Esther and Meijer.
