Betje Lion-Monasch was a daughter of Louis Monasch and Rosette Bremer. She married 486751 in Westerbork transit camp on 28 December 1942. Isadore was the widower of Anna Monasch, a sister of Betje. An annotation on the marriage certificate reads:"The bride declared not to be able to sign, because of her being blind."
