Aron Salomon was a son of Moses Salomon and Johanna Kaufmann. He married Mathilde Nussbaum in 1896 in Keulen. She passed away in 1935. He had two children from this marriage: Alfred and a child that survived the war. In 1938 he went from Stolberg to Amsterdam. He remarried on 23 July 1942 in Amsterdam to Merry Speier.
