Emma Roeper was married to Izak Frank, the son of Simon Frank and Leentje Goslinski. They had two daughters, Ina and Leny. The family resided at 72a Oosterstraat in Groningen. When the Nazis invaded, Izak Frank fled the Netherlands. As a serviceman, he died while working on the Burma railroad.
