Adèle van Beever was a daughter of Aimé (Emil) van Beever and Saartje Gompers, who were married 30 August 1888 in Antwerp.
Adèle married 12 October 1909 in Antwerp to Samuel (Sam) Bak, a son of Jacob Bak and Anna de Groot and in 1910 their daughter Anna was born.
However, Adèle and Samuel divorced in Amsterdam on 11 February 1914 and Sam and his 2nd wife have survived the Holocaust.
Adèle van Beever stayed since then in Overveen, municipality of Bloemendaal, were also, regarding her death in camp Sobibor on 16 April 1943, "in order of the Minister of Justice", her certificate of death has been made out on 11 February 1950. (cert. nr. 38).
