By orders of the Commander of the Sicherheitspolizei and SD Aussenstelle Arnhem, the Police Commissioner of Apeldoorn requested that Willem Rubens be located, detained and brought to trial. He had been living in Apeldoorn at 61 Hoogakkerlaan. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
