Moszek Rotszstein was a son of Maier Rotszstein and Zirla Gilla Wacofska. He married 10 November 1927 in Amsterdam to Fania Lewinson, a daughter of Alter Lewinson and Sima Udler. The couple had one son: Benjamin Jacob.
