Sophie Overste was a daughter of Simon Overste and Esther van Collem. She married 24 December 1924 in Amsterdam to Izak Pach, son of David Pach and Sara Berklou.
Sophie had a brother and four sisters who did not survive the Holocaust either: David, Grietje, Rachel, Duifje and Leentje.
