Wolf Cohen was a son of Betje Cohen from Leeuwarden. He married 20 August 1902 in Amsterdam to Keetje Cohen, a daughter of Izak Cohen and Hanna Meijer Smeer. The couple had five children together: Betje, Izak, Jozeph and Meijer. One daughter has survived the Holocaust.
