Paul Suskind resided at the moment of his death in the Protestant Christian Home for unmarried mothers Beth Palet on the Prinsengracht 775 in Amsterdam. He died of pneumonia. He was buried on 19 June 1943 on the 'Nieuwe Ooster'.
