Hanna Cutzien was a daughter of Benjamin Aron Cutzien and Judik Kan. She married 25 April 1940 in Groningen Hartog Polak, a son of Levie Polak and Elisabeth Kuijper.The couple resided in Arnhem and had no children. Hanna's father Benjamin Aron Cutzien has passed already before the war. Her mother however was killed in Auschwitz on 12 February 1942. Also Hanna and her husband Hartog have been killed in the Shoah: on 28 January 1944 they were killed in Auschwitz.
Hanna was born into a family with five children: Klaartje, Serlina, herself, Meyer and Aron. All, and their families, have been killed in the Shoah.
