Flora Leefman was a daughter of Salomon Leefman and Klaartje Kan. Until her marriage with diamondworker Jonas Mathijse she lived in Weesp. Flora Leefman and Jonas Mathijse had three children. Two children survived the war. Flora Leefman became a widow before the war.
