Selma Frank geborene Oster wurde am 24.7.1892 in Alpen geboren. Ihre Eltern waren vermutlich Raphael und Rosalia Oster. Sie heiratete den Viehhändler Moritz Frank aus Goch und lebte anschließend in Goch auf der Kleverstraße 11.
