 Simon Verduin, a son of Isaac Abraham Verduin and Simona Worms, married 28 February 1923 in Amsterdam Annaatje Frank, a daughter of Benjamin Frank and Mietje Engelsman. Simona Verduin was born in November 1923 in Amsterdam as daughter of Simon Verduin and Annaatje Frank. Rather shortly after her birth, she moved with her parents to Belgium, where they have resided in Berchem and Deurne (both districts of Antwerp). In 1937 her sister Mary was born in Deurne. In April 1941 the family returned to Amsterdam and lived at Nieuwe Amstelstraat 8 I.
