Eva Beek, born 15 May 1880 in Amsterdam, was a daughter of Philip Leon Beek and Rebecca Koren. She married at age 39 in Amsterdam on 19 November 1919 the 44-year old Jacque van Zwaanenburgh from St. Oedenrode, bookkeeper by profession and a son of Nathan van Zwaanenburgh and Louise Lazarina van Saxen. The couple had one daughter, born in Amsterdam on 19 March 1927, named Rebecca Louise.
