This is my grandmother's father, Arie Nord, he was a hero. Son of Jacob Nord and Klara Schraal. He became a Swedish citizen in 1916 when he worked for the symphony orchestra in Gothenburg, Sweden. He lived in Amsterdam and married Antonia Warmer on 2-10-1919. They had 2 children: Clara Nord (1920), my grandmother and Jacob Nord.

Mrs Cato Nord-de Vries was married to Karel Nord (4/9-1874-4/7-1932.) Karel Nord had 10 or 11 siblings. One of them was Arie Nord, my oma's dad.
