The lawyer Emanuel Benjamin Asscher was the son of Benjamin Emanuel Asscher and Esther Cohen. Emanuel Benjamin Asscher was married to Anna Polak. The couple lived at 723 Keizersgracht in Amsterdam. Emanuel Benjamin Asscher was executed by a firing squad at Camp Amersfoort on 30 August 1943.
