Meijer Leger

Meijer Leger was a son of Mozes Leger and Jetje Engers. He married 8 August 1912 in Zaandam to Betsij Polak, a daughter of Eliazer Polak and Sara Maandag. The couple had two children: the here mentioned Eliazer and Henriette.

Volgens de gegevens van de woningkaart Linnaeusstraat 56, 2 hoog, woonde Meijer Leger en zijn vrouw Betsij Polak bij zijn schoonmoeder Sara Polak-Maandag.
Sara Polak- Maandag (* 23 juli 1857 - ✡24 februari 1938) was de weduwe van Eliazer Polak (*25 februari 1861-✡26 maart 1919).
