Samuel Rattenbach

Samuel Rattenbach married Rosine Frank in Westerbork transit camp on 11 June 1941. He was a window-dresser by profession. He was a son of Hersch Rattenbach and Regina Fischhammer. His parents attended the marriage ceremony. They co-signed the marriage certificate. The parents of Rosine Frank lived in Germany.

Samuel Rattenbach zat in het eerste transport naar Auschwitz van 15 juli 1942. Hij behoorde tot de groep van 100 'Alte Lagerinsassen' van Westerbork die voor dit eerste transport werden geselecteerd.
