The mayor of Sleen requests on behalf of the Sicherheitspolizei in Assen that Elsiena Geertiena Heckscher-Jozep be located, detained and brought to trial. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Izaak Salomon Hekscher and Elsiena Geertina Jozep had two sons. The elder son, Meijer, lived with his grandparents in Assen. It is unclear whether the two parents and their younger son were still living together. Elsiena and Rolf tried to go into hiding and were murdered on the same day.
