According to the card of Maurits Meerloo in the database of the Jewish Council, he was deported from Westerbork on the 11th of May 1943 and that he was still in Westerbork on the 9th of May 1943. The Archive of the City of Den Hague gives the 14th of May 1943 as the day of his death.
