Lodewijk Hertz and his family

Lodewijk Hertz and his wife Klara Dahl had a son Erich. The family lived at 31 Armhoefstraat in Tilburg.

The Tilburg police commissioner published a request for information about the whereabouts of Lodewijk Hertz and his wife Klara Hertz-Dahl, residents of Tilburg. They were suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

The Hertz family had gone into hiding in early October 1942. On 31 March 1943 the three family members were caught in Tilburg.
