Jozef Veldman and Johanna Velleman had five children. Jozef Veldman owned a kosher butcher's shop. He was a very educated man. Johanna Velleman was a very kind, religious woman. One day in the week she worked as a volunteer to make costumes for deceased people. She had blond hair and blue eyes. The family was very religious and had a strict kosher household.
