Widow Sara Schreeuwer-Sealtiel and her family

Sara Sealtiel was a daughter of Isaac Sealtiel and Vrouwtje van Beetz. She was married to Aaron Schreeuwer. They lived in the Batavierstraat 78 in Amsterdam. They had eight children among whom Esther, Isaac, Veronika, Aäron, Jansje and Raphaël. The last two died young. One child survived the war.

In 1917 both Jansje and Aaron Schreeuwer senior died from typhus. In 1918 Esther worked for the indoor shoe factory Polak on the Waterloo square. In 1938 the family moved to the Valkenburgerstraat.
