Charlotta Meijer-Rozeboom was married. Her husband survived the war. The couple had one child, Leo Meijer. The husband was a pharmacist. The family lived above the pharmacy on the Veerplein in Zwijndrecht.
Leo Meijer attended the Onderdijkschool in Zwijndrecht. When Jewish children had to leave the school, he enrolled at the Jewish school in Dordrecht. Leo Meijer excelled in drawing.
In the autumn of 1942 the Meijer family was removed from their home with 17 other Jews in Zwijndrecht and sent by train to the Central Station in Amsterdam. From there they had to walk to the Hollandsche Schouwburg. They were deported from Westerbork to Theresienstadt on 5 September 1944 and subsequently to Auschwitz on 4 October 1944.
