Friedrich Wilhelm Kamp and his family

Friedrich Wilhelm Kamp was married. He and his wife lived on the Voltastraat in Amersfoort. He was the director of a limited liability company. Following a tip from the NSB, four Amersfoort police officers raided a farmhouse in Stoutenberg (community of Leusden), where they found Friedrich Wilhelm Kamp and his wife in a bedroom. The couple was handed over to the SD and deported to Auschwitz via Westerbork. The wife survived the war.

We have been unable to determine whether one or more members of this family survived the war. While their names do not appear on the lists of survivors, we have not been able to trace them in In Memoriam either. They are therefore labeled as 'surviving' and their names are not listed.

In addition, Jokos files (numbers 002884, 163) on this family or other family members are at the Amsterdam Municipal Archive. Access is subject to authorization from the Stichting Joods Maatschappelijk Werk.
