Isaac Halverstad was married to Marianne Truder. The couple had six children. in 1900 their first child Abraham Halverstad was born. Three years later their daughter Esther, who died in childhood. In 1905 Roosje Halverstad was born, followed in 1909 by Simon Halverstad. In 1913, Esther Halverstad was born but she died in 1919. The yongest childe of Isaac and Marianne Halverstad was Sara Halverstad, born in 1921.
Marianne Truder passed away in 1929 and after her passing, Isaac Halverstad married Schoontje Arpels.
