Emanuel Roodveldt was a son of Isaac Roodveldt and Eva Hoepelman. He married 17 August 1904 in Amsterdam to Rebecca Voet, a daughter of Andries Simon Voet and Leentje Park. The couple had four children: Leentje, (unmarried and living with her father), Izak, Andries and Eva.
Rebecca Roodveldt-Voet passed away however on 21 November 1940 in Amsterdam and was interred in the Jewish Cemetery in Diemen.
