Elizabeth van Boele was a daughter of Simon van Boele and Rosina Andriessen. She married in Woensel on 3 February 1909 to Hartog van Straten, who passed away in 1933. The couple had three children: a daughter who died in 1915, Smion van Straten who was murdered in Auschwitz and Samuel van Straten who survived the war.
