Isaac van Kreeveld was a son of Benjamin van Kreeveld and Aaltje Cohen. He married 21 October 1903 in Amsterdam to Judith Smeer, a daughter of Aron Smeer and Anna Rozina de Korte. Beside their daughter Anna Rozina, they had a son Aron.
Isaac had three other brothers and a sister: Wolf, Levie, Joseph and Esther. They have been killed all during the Holocaust.

This person is commemorated on the monument Schaduwkade in Amsterdam. The names of the 200 jewish inhabitants of the Nieuwe Keizersgracht are placed on the canal wall opposite the houses where they once lived.
