About Benjamin de Wolf

Benjamin (Ben) de Wolf worked as representative and lived at the Nolenstraat 65 c in Rotterdam. He was married to a non-Jewish woman. The couple didn't have any children.
During the war, Benjamin de Wolf went into hiding in his own house. However, he was betrayed. In an attempt to prevent his arrest, he tried to flee. Benjamin de Wolf was subsequently shot at and brought to hospital in Rotterdam for recovery. After his recovery he was deported to camp Vaihingen, a sub-camp of camp Natzweiler.

Benjamin de Wolf was sent from Auschwitz to Stutthof, where he arrived on 28 October 1944. From there he was deported to Hailfingen on 17 November, a Kommando (auxiliary camp) of concentration camp Natzweiler.
