Eliazar Izaks and his father ran an 'electric beef, veal and pork butcher shop' at 83 Voorstraat in Woerden. He lived with his family and parents at the same address. Eliazar Izaks was married to Henriëtte Glaser. They had four children: Gerson, Salomon Albert, Saartje Henriëtte and David Eduard.
Eliazar Izaks surrendered a Kleon men's bicycle. The family reached Vught concentration camp on 22 April 1943. On 2 July 1943 Eliazar Izaks was deported to Westerbork with his sons Gerson and Salomon Albert. They were taken from there to Sobibor on 6 July 1943, where they were killed on 9 July 1943. Mietje Izaks-van Creveld, Eliazar Izaks' mother, was killed in Sobibor. His father survived the war.
