Doortje and Anna Davidson lived from April 1927 with their sister Aaltje on the Roggenstraat. Aaltje passed away in October 1934. The Davidson sisters were since 1915 partner in a retail trade in draper's goods, which was previously described as a ‘shop with wool’. In accordance with § 7 VO 48/1941 (Nazi regulation to remove Jews from the trade and industry) the company was dissolved in March 1942.
